1) Have you had to seek medical advice resulting in you being advised to self-isolate, or have you decided to self-isolate as a result of potential coronavirus contact?
2) Have you returned from overseas travel within the last 14 days?
If you have answered 'yes' to either of the above questions, we request that you delay making a booking till your quarantine has ended. If you have answered 'no' to both of the above questions, please follow the instructions below to complete your booking.
