Schweigen announced that its Head Office has taken full control of distribution across New Zealand, transitioning distribution operations back from a third-party distributor that was under-performing in the region. The move is a major step forward in strengthening product availability, service performance, and partner support nationwide.
Over the past eight months, Schweigen products have experienced distribution disruption in New Zealand. In response, Schweigen has been proactive in stabilising supply and rebuilding momentum - investing in improved logistics, expanding local resources, and creating a stronger on-the-ground presence to support customers, retailers, designers and installers.
Key Initiatives include:
- New logistics centres to improve delivery performance and supply continuity
- Improved stock availability through refined inventory planning and supply coordination
- A dedicated New Zealand team, including sales, marketing and customer service, to provide faster, clearer support
- A new Auckland showroom, designed to elevate the brand experience and support design and specification partners
