You must attach a copy of your purchase receipt to the Service Request Form. Submissions without one will not be entertained.

By selecting "submit the service request", you are acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.

Service calls are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Should you require a service agent to attend outside of these hours, there will be an additional charge.

A service call out fee will be charged for any technician that attends a call, whereby it’s established that the fault is due to an incorrect installation or non-manufacturing fault. This fee is payable on site to the technician.

It is not the responsibility of Schweigen Home Appliances to rectify any incorrect installations. Should the appliance be installed in such a way that the service agent is unable to gain access to the appliance, the person/s who own the premises or the appliance where the appliance resides — will be responsible to provide access to the appliance at their expense. We will repair, or where necessary, replace any unit manufactured with a fault in components, construction or other issues, that may result throughout the course of normal usage where the product does not meet our standards or specifications (to be assessed on a case by case basis at our discretion).

If you submit a warranty claim whilst the appliance is under warranty and none of the exclusions apply (please see complete warranty information for exclusions) we will, at our election/discretion, either repair the Schweigen Home Appliances product or replace the Schweigen Home Appliances product with a product of identical specification (or where the product is superseded or no longer in stock, with a product of as close a specification as possible).

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type, rather than being repaired. It is important to note that refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

A copy of the retailers receipt MUST be returned with the completed service request form.

The warranty period begins from the date of sale on receipt by the end user. For warranty information, please see personal warranty record.

Postage to the manufacturer and all associated costs are the responsibility of the warranty holder. Repaired, replaced or refurbished units/parts will only be warranted for the remainder of the original purchase term.
