T&C HN Classic Redemption

  1. Information on how to claim your Sales Discount Terms & Conditions of offer. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  2. The Promoter is Schweigen Home Appliances Pty Ltd, Unit 8, 3-5 Anzed Court, Mulgrave, Victoria 3170. (ABN 53 124 141 322).
  3. Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Axis Group International Pty Ltd) associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  4. The promotional period commences on 1st April 2017 and closes at 6.00pm AEST on 30th April 2017.
  5. This offer is available on all models from the Schweigen Classic Series Range.
  6. The promotion comprises only 1 of these offers per sale transaction:
    1. $300AUD rebate after sale on purchase of one Classic Series Rangehood valued at $3,000 RRP or over.   
    2. $200AUD rebate after sale on purchase of one Classic Series Rangehood valued at $2,000 RRP or over.
    3. $100AUD rebate after sale on purchase of one Classic Series Rangehood valued at $1,000 RRP or over.


  1. The Promoter does not guarantee that all Participating Products will be available for purchase throughout the Promotional Period, and availability may change without notice.
  2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: ‘Purchase’ means order placed and payment made in full for the Participating Product/s during the Promotional Period from an Australian participating authorised Schweigen dealer. This offer is available at all Harvey Norman dealers only. Purchase does not include: Rental payment plans; Orders not paid in full; Commercial or business transactions; or purchases made for commercial or business purpose; or purchased in a business name; Second hand products; Returned Purchases; Purchases by Schweigen staff and their immediate family; Purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion; Purchases made through any unauthorised retailer or dealer not participating in this offer; and clearance or seconds outlet products.
  3. To make a valid claim for this promotion: Consumers must register online here including name, address, contact details, product details and proof of purchase (i.e. copy of original receipt/invoice). Failure to complete this form in full – including the product serial number – or to provide an original proof of purchase will lead to a rejection of the claim.
  4. All transactions (i.e. payment in FULL to the retailer) and redemption forms must be fully completed by the purchaser.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms & conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at this stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
  6. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected mail. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  7. Claimants must retain a copy of their proof or purchase/tax invoice for their claim. Failure to produce the proof of purchase/tax invoice for the claim when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the claimants claim and the forfeit of the any right to any rebate or redeemable amount. The proof of purchase/tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number, purchase date, items purchased, prices paid and the claimant’s details (full name and address, telephone number).
  8. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct mailing address in order to receive their rebate cheque/money order (PO boxes are not accepted).
  9. Claims are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services including cash.
  10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other concurrent or previous offer.
  11. The promotion is not applicable to purchases of display models, graded seconds or factory reconditioned products.
  12. This promotion is for retail customers only and is not open to any other organisation such as government, national accounts, contracts or not for profit organisations (unless the not for profit organisation is buying at retail pricing).
  13. The Promoter makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate in the Promotion.
  14. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
  15. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  16. The REBATE OFFER commences from date of purchase and not from the date of redemption. THE PURCHASE MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD.
  17. Installation is the responsibility of the customer. Any damages caused due to incorrect installation of the baffle filters is at the liability of the customer and will not be covered by the Product Warranty.
  18. Once the offer has been redeemed there will be no returns available.
